Łódź Retail Analysis
This project was a full analysis of the existing retail market in Łódź, Poland. The request was to position the city against other major cities in Poland and identify any differences. It was performed based on the analysis of macro statistical data, by own analysis of existing shopping centres in those cities and also by comparing the planning documents with regards to allowed large scale retail and their growth strategies. Apart from that there was a broad case study analysis of examples of innovative approaches to both retail planning and design. The final report had 158 pages.
