This is a student project of a neighbourhood settlement for Urban Design 4 Studio (second year Bachelor). We were required to develop housing on a given plot. Our proposal was to use modular multi-family block that could be arranged in various ways and one for single-family. Therefore the scheme was build using only two modules.
