I was elected ISOCARP Vice President Congresses and Events for two consecutive terms: 2013-2016 and 2016-2019. From 2018 the role was transformed into ISOCARP Congress Director.

During my service I have organised annual congresses:

• 50th ISOCARP World Planning Congress, Gdynia, Poland, 23-26 September 2014 (257 participants).
• 51st ISOCARP World Planning Congress, Rotterdam, Netherlands, 19-23 October 2015 (420 participants).
• 52nd ISOCARP World Planning Congress, Durban, South Africa, 12-16 September 2016 (490 participants).
• 53rd ISOCARP/OAPA World Planning Congress, Portland, Oregon, USA, 24-27 October 2017 (585 participants).
• 54th ISOCARP World Planning Congress, Bodø, Norway, 1-5 October 2018 (506 participants).
• 55th ISOCARP World Planning Congress, Jakarta-Bogor, Indonesia, 9-13 September 2019 (713 participants).

I have initiated and coordinated the Mentoring Programme, which consists of:

• Mentor and Student Research Lab: Urban Transformations, Gdańsk, Poland, 2014,
• Mentor and Student Research Lab 2.0: Let’s se@ Vibrant Urban Solutions for Baltic Cities, Gdańsk, Poland, 2016,
