This project was a concept for a private developer. It was an analysis and masterplanning scheme to show the possibility of developing a plot within residential district. The project was then submitted for a planning application to obtain a building regulation permit. We analysed various aspects of the setting: law regulations, existing situation, visibility analysis, traffic impact, wind and climate impact and the surrounding modernist architecture.
