This 22.5 hectare masterplan project was for Ustarbowo village in Wejherowo municipality in Poland. The task was to provide comprehensive zoning regulations for the village to provide development opportunities while maintaining and protecting the environmental values. We worked closely with the municipal office to provide the best solutions.
