This was my second ISOCARP World Planning Congress that I was in charge of organising. It was a huge challenge as there were 12 workshop cities for 2.5 days and then the final plenary meeting in Rotterdam for the remainder 2 days. It was as if we organised 13 separate events.

This was an amazing, innovative and interactive event that went beyond the usual schedule. And the delegates really liked it. We also had a celebration of the 50th ISOCARP founding anniversary.
